What's Different in the Third Edition? Almost nothing except that the NCA transportation maps that were bound into the second edition were not made available for the third edition. (I decided to call it an "edition" to more easily distinguish it from the printing that had the maps bound in.) If you have a copy of the second edition, you don't need to buy a copy of the third edition. Get your free copy of the maps from the BLM.
